Delivery
Please note orders for Christmas delivery must be placed by December 18th.
Once you've placed your order, we know you want your candle to arrive as soon as possible. We aim to despatch your order within two working days. We currently use Royal Mail postage, and we will send you an email to confirm your order, and then to let you know when your order has been despatched.
If your order is lost or damaged in the post, we will provide a refund or replacement free of charge. Claims for damage must be made within 7 days of receipt and we may ask for a photograph or return of items as proof. If you're in doubt, send us an email at derbyshirecandlecompany@gmail.com and we will try and resolve your query asap.
Returns
Of course we hope that you love your candle, however we understand if you wish to exchange or return your item(s). To do this, please contact us at derbyshirecandlecompany@gmail.com within 28 days of receipt of the goods. As long as the goods are returned to us as in their original, unused condition, we will fully refund the item(s).
